Ok, so if you have a really annoying neighbor, or some one you hate, this artical is for you.
First, you will have to know if the targeted person has a car. Once that is confermed, collect these items
road kill
gloves
Trash bag to put animal in (optinal)

Once you got all these things, put the gloves on and scrape a little critter from the road, toss em in the bag, and go to your targets house. Do this at night, or when they are away but there car has to be there. Open the hood of the car and put the animal in, put it on top of the eingine or somthing that gets hot in the hood.
When they start the car, and they drive around after a while, they will smell the burning
