Juice Fasting

If you are over weight you are at risk of many health problems including death. This is a very healthy way to lose that weight and reset your body so that it can heal itself. As with any diet plan you should consult a doctor before starting. You can go straight into a strict juice only fast or you can start like i have and start by replacing 2 meals per day with a slimfast shake and eating one pouch of tuna for dinner while ONLY eating apples & oranges for snacks between meals for the first couple of months before you start the juice fast. This will shrink your stomach so that you can more easily transition to a liquid only diet(I have been on this portion of the diet for the last 3 months and I have lost 36LBS with little to no exercise). Now here is the recipe for the "Green Juice" that will have all the nutrition that your body will need to live off of for the next 60 - 90 days of your fast:
6 Kale Leaves
1 Cucumber
4 Celery Stalks
2 Green Apples
1/2 Lemon
1 piece of ginger
NOTES FOR MAKING JUICE
- peel or slice off lemon rind leaving some of the white pith
- to juice leaves such as Kale roll them up into a ball to compact the leaves
- wash all vegetables and fruits before making juice
- Remember that the first 3 days of the fast are going to be horrible but after your body gets use to the changes you have made your energy levels will increase significantly
- You need to drink at least 4 20oz glasses of this per day and nothing else except water period
